The gas lamps were saved by people like Dan Kruchshank in the 1970s. If they hadn't, that area would have been completely flattened and motorway from the middle of all sorts of redevelopment. I've had a few people saying, well, this is a first world problem and more important things to worry about - but it's absolutely minimal. So we're arguing that if you just leave things alone, it's obviously better for carbon footprint. Then if you have to manufacture things and put in electricity and make, and the lawyers have to come and everything up. We're also arguing again that from environmental point of view, as I said earlier, the gas light is extremely good
