How Do Vows Become Part of Your Personality?

A vow is when you declare a way to protect your heart from future harm. A curse comes from a person who names you in a way that harms and destroys. An agreement is where you come to own the curse as true of your heart. And so I think it's really important for us to start to look deeper into the particularity of what it meant for us to be in our homes.
