Guiana's a Caribbean Country
Guiana is a caribbean country. Most of the population primarily indians brought in from india by the british during colonization, and black descendants of slaves brought in during the same period. Jonestown was going to be situated way out in that ocean of jungle, a 24 hour boat ride from the main gionese population center,. georgetown along the coast and up river. You could not drive there. There were no roads to jonestown. And believe it or not, the temple was not even the most bizarre outfit that had come from america to set up shop there in recent years.
