Bryan: I want to just hilit you saying learning is behavioral change rather than knowledge. We're at a point with technology where anyone can get knowledge anywhere at any time. But i love how you talked about, but it's not the knowledge that's going to cause us to innovate. It's the curiosity and willingness to sit in the tension like we talked about in the beginning. That's what goes to create change within an organization.
