I'm always amazed when like the culture of the UK is bashing like entrepreneurship and capitalism. So where do these don'ts think the businesses that like everyone works for come from? Literally every single organization was ultimately started by one person who grew for people. That has to be someone that's willing to take the risk. Like ultimately, it's not like you're flipping a coin either because you can control the input. Yeah, I feel like no one, that's why I quite like think building a team is pretty mental When you sit back and like well this is a lot of people who are fundamentally relying on this entity working or not disappearing overnight which is inherently possible.
