It really makes a difference in people's lives. Representation really matters. The young kids light up. It's like when you see the young girls watching the women on the team, and their eyes are just lit up because thou're like, okay, that's what i want to do. They can see it. So its just a question of really getting in there and developing young drivers,. certainly the young women, and giving them an opportunity to develop and move them up the ladder.
