How to Get the Most Out of Your Therapist

I think that therapy is a representation of your relationship with yourself. So somebody saying that is clearly frightened of i don't know how they feel about themselves. I would just say to you, interview your therapist. Yes, make sure that they're properly qualified. But the next step, the most important step, is that you respect them. Because at some point you're not going to like what's going on. And at that point they need to be able to hold you. Thank you so much for taking the time.
