I was mistaken in thinking that the pandemic was a point in time stressor. I think there's other earthquakes that are happening. And chat GPT would have been a stressor, not as much as COVID had occurred by itself. So it's a very turbulent business environment. The opposite strategy is being resilient. It doesn't matter how bad the waves are,. More or less that ship can keep on progressing.
