What Happens When a Ship Goes Down?
When a big ship goes down, it creates a vacuum that can drown swimmers who are anywhere near by. One of the survivors talks about having it feel as though somebody was yanking his foot and his shoe came off. The lusitania went down over ireland, i believe, so you're not going to have time in cold water for long. You've got to get to the people before they get hypothermia or something like that.
