The Importance of Directness in Coaching
The time that was given to you via the pandemic and then choosing a coach carefully has been instrumental in your process. I love his directness, right? I feel like coaches that can be direct. It's just in life to be that direct with somebody and say like, this needs to change,. especially when they're paying you money. And if you're too direct, they may just not pay you that money anymore and go find someone else.
