I would say well-being maintaining a robust relationship with food or improving upon it over time is super something that's super important to me. I've always seen done red tons of research during my grad school experience and my master's degree was on how dichotomous thinking towards food is very much technically linked to binge eating. The idea that you have to be working harder and exerting more self-control to be fitter and healthier than everyone else is just a completely incorrect misunderstanding.
