The trope is that you make. eighty percent of your gains in the first let's say i'll even say the first two years of really good hard consistent training, but that's such a huge caveat like most people get into training. And they haven't trained before in fact near i say all people who get into training for the first time hadn't trained before. So we have this reality of you know the first x number of years of hard gains is going to be. Hard training is going to result in the vast majority of your gains. But that's operating in a system of people who are fundamentally not doing the best possible training. Which is one of the reasons why I don't recommend
