Most B roll items are made in Photoshop, though I am moving more and more into After Effects for animations. It's the most confusing piece of Adobe software that I've worked with yet. But now that I'm sort of learning it and groking it, it's making much more sense. And I'm just sort of realizing that it's ridiculously powerful.
