The Controversy of Joseph Smith Mormonism
Unlike Joseph Smith, Ellen White didn't have political controversy with the state that I am aware of. But she did have was a lot of internal controversy. She had within Adventism, there was controversy between her and for example, John Harvey Kellogg who began as an Adventist beginning working for the whites. And he ultimately was pushed out of Adventism because of theological disagreements with Ellen White. It's interesting that it really wasn't with her but but the overall feeling of Seventh Day Adventists throughout I think the entire history of the organization is to fear the government.
