The Impact of No Fault Divorce on Women
No fault divorce was a source of real anxiety for social conservatives going way back to the 1960s and 70s. Louisiana actually experimented with this some years ago, they passed a law offering an option they called covenant marriage. But it just didn't work in part because it turned out people like no fault to go or so. So I think this is something again, where a lot of people recognize not only that we're seeing something that could really affect what happens to women and other people with different identities but also that this would be rejected by voters.
