The Pythagorean Downfall

In his On the Pythagorean Life, the third and fourth century CE, Platonist Yamblachus tells us something extraordinary about the downfall of the Pythagoreans. He was basically a super-Platonist of Onalek. Nothing like the Pythagoras we have been outlining in the last and this episode, but the kind of Pythagoras who lived on in tradition.
