The Story of Robert and David Picton
By the early 19 nineties, the chop shop rumors were still swirling. david was a fairly bad driver who'd racked up a lot of traffic incidents. He would bring women back to the farm where he and robert lived. While he had several different girl friends during that time period, he also cruised the downtown east side. Many people said that while David acted like an idiot, underneath it all, he was very intelligent.
