How to Keep Seniors in the Corporate World
I think it's a great question, and definitely something that's very difficult to give one specific answer for. It depends a lot on the company, obviously. You can't just go to your manager and expect them to lay out a clear pathway for you to get to wherever you want to go. And then from the company's point of view, I think it's also, you know, transparency is also an important aspect. If you have some developers and you see that they're perfectly suited for that role and you don't really see them progress or go to any other place, it's better to be transparent about it.
