Product Management - What's the Key Skills Harder Soft?

Program management is a little bit of firefighting, but also an insane amount of forward looking and risk mitigation that I had to put in place as a product manager. A skill of being able to ask the right data question should always continuously work on. The third one is the ability to manage brainstorming or innovation. This is, I think it's a really important skill.
