The Importance of Serge Cell in Third Molar Surgery

If I'm thinking that the nerve might be nearby, I'd probably go for gel foam first and like you said, do some sort of layering. But yeah, no, I certainly am considering the idea of not using serge cell in those situations. As far as the ideology, obviously third molars is a big one, probably the most common,. but something thatI think comes up a fair amount, at least teaching residents and talking about it isn't just incision design. It's starting to stretch that lingual tissue.
