The Great Leap Forward
Today on the podcast, we're going to be talking about the great leap forward in China. Over a five year plan, but really only over the course of around two years from like 1960 all the way till 1962, anywhere between 20 to 50 million people may have died in China. We don't know the number, but the general accepted estimate is somewhere around 30 million people ended up starving to death. And then if you want to get biblical, the Bible. Oh, yeah. Literally any point in history here is generally speaking, people are not having a good time depending on what part of the world you're talking about.
