Investigators seize Francisco's cell phone and laptop as well as to take another look at the family's apartment. While those items are being analyzed, they also establish a national tip line because they're having a really hard time finding witnesses who can either confirm or dispute elements of Francisco's story. Investigators eventually tracked down some neighbors of the family who confirm overhearing frequent arguments coming from their apartment.
