Is There a Windows Build?
Mike Downey: There's no Windows build of Swift for the new Surface Book. He says Apple, IBM and others have said this is a major oversight. But he argues that it doesn't matter to developers who would be running Swift 100%. "I think if you ask the Microsoft team that built the Surface Book and Windows 10 ... I think they would disagree with you very strongly,"Downey says.
