The Argument for Adding Vitamin a to Skim Milk

Ocheezy Creamery Sude says it has a right to call its skim milk, skim milk. The company is suing the state of Florida on first amendment grounds. Ocheesy can't sell its products across state lines with this non-grade milk product or without that label.
