Investing Passively Overnight Is the Wrong Advice for the Average Person

I don't think that there is an average person. I imagine that probably investing passively is going to be what's better for the majority of americans, but i don't know that that makes any particular person rage. What i would recommend most of our podcast listeners to, giving what i know about the rough demographics, is try to invest in yourself at some point in your life. Try being a contractor, try starting your own business. Give it a try, because that's a the investment that you have the most control over, though it's still imperfect.
