A top Kamala aid has just been appointed Biden's campaign manager. That actually suggests that they want some type of Kamala-friendly presence in any re-elect. The NBC News poll that came out over the weekend has Joe Biden at a 38% approval rating. He's not necessarily starting from a position of strength here. I mean, there's real vulnerability.
