Introduction

Today's stories look at projects and practices that can make us feel awake, alive, and connected. We’ll start with All Day, At Home, a story about quiet reflection and delicious food. Then, we’ll head to the Theatre on Opening Night to leave flowers in the green room and walk through the wings before the show. Finally, we’ll stop in for a hot drink in People Watching at the Coffee Shop and listen to the conversations at the tables around us before we step back into the snow.
