How to Train for Anaerobic Training

In our training studies, we start with people out with giving them a 45 second recovery period and then reducing that progressively down to 30 and 15 seconds. That's the way we have progressive, progressive training. If you're taking only 15 seconds rest, you can do 30 sprints in a 10-minute period. So indeed, even at the end of the 30 seconds sprint, you're almost up at your VO2 max, right? so it's all going on and you've got a situation here that they can do it over and over.
