Yevgeni Progosian's Invasion of Ukraine Changed the Course of the Lawsuit
Yevgeni Progosian's lawyers, a firm called Discrete Law, dropped him. After he failed to file the correct paperwork, the case is thrown out. It still costs about 70,000 pounds just of legal fees to get to that point. But had it actually reached that point, it could have cost hundreds, if not millions, of pounds. The invasion of Ukraine didn't only change the course of the lawsuit but transformed Yevgeniprogosian’s relationship with the public and with the press. He was about to emerge from the shadows and lay claim to a new era of Russian warfare.
