Are You Working From Home?
When you are in the work force and you're going to the office every day, your time is very structured. But when you're working at home, you really have a lot more freedom. And that can be a great positive, or it can be a challenge. The whole notion of a nine to five or nineto six workday come somewhat obsolete when you are working from home. It's the results that you get that are important. You get a focus on those results. So if you can agree with your boss on success metrics and get those results at the end of the week or month or quarter, then it doesn't really matter to your boss how and when you do it,.
