Are You Recruiting on the Music Team?

At the moment we do all our recruiting centralized we don't let teams do recruiting except for a few which I'll show you in a while but I loved what they were talking about next door where yes that works for most of the time. When you got that pool of people who haven't been able to serve and they're stuck in a rut not serving maybe that you distribute that list around to the teams and say would anyone like toI love that idea were you all in that seminar there were they're talking about that.serving who has the conversation who does these conversations so they're already thinking a bit about the free market where team leaders recruit versus the centralized.
