The Toxic Environment at Netflix

Jordana: I've never had a boss that's awesome. And right now, like at Netflix, that's not the case. She says she left her last company specifically to follow a very excellent manager. "I don't know, I have all of that many jobs. It's definitely hard to find," Jordana says.
