Death Throat Meals - Is There a Budget Cap?

There are limits to what kind of meal and food a death throat inmate can request, like. In florida, for example, prisoners have a dollar cap of forty dollars total for their entire meal. And if a prisoner asks for a meal that costs more than the budget allows, prison officials will substitute how they see fit. The meals are prepared by a chef who is also an inmate at the prison, albeit one that's not on death row.
