What Do You Think About Self-Reported Attribution?

Self-reported attribution is a great way to get a better understanding of some of the things that really stood out in your customers' minds. I think it's more interesting to collect that information through your SDRs and your AEs. They are a great source of inspiration because they can tell the excitement and tone of people when they're talking to them about how they found out about a company. But it might limit the amount of value you put into something like Google Ads, where they're not necessarily always going to admit that they went to Google and search for marketing automation software or something like that.
