i was at the new england mortgage bankers conference, which has been greats all the state associations. i don't know if it's a marketing issue or if it's just fear, but people are not jumping into arms right now. And so that's really where you're looking at dampened activity. There's just no incentive for a lot of people who are nt fixed rates, under four %, to move.
