When you hyperventilate, the thing is that you're getting rid of the CO2. The accumulation sends a signal to your brain and your brain is like, excuse me, you need to read. So it's really about when you're inhaling, your heart rate is going to accelerate. But the goal is through a snorkel, which is making it a little bit more complicated. You want to inhale, exhale for at least double of that. And then you do that for about three or four minutes and then you're ready to go.
