Roman Catholicism

There is a misunderstanding of protestantism on behart of roman catholics. The argument is that our good works do merit before god, but not in the purest polegian sense. We are co operating with the holy spirit, but it's not our own merit. If you're earning something with your works, grace is no more grace. And i'm not negating by any means, the the reality that many protestants misunderstand rome either.
