I feel like identity was so important to me because it really solidified your core beliefs. It came more about, what do I love to do? What do I get energy out of doing? And how can I craft this for myself in a way where the things like the titles don't matter anymore, which is what I'm doing. There's such an opportunity for so many of us to find more joy in our work and in our learning that I think sometimes we give our permission, our self's permission to be able to do.
