The Destabilizing Effect of Obama's Nominating Biden

Biden has no independent base of support in the party. He's borrowing Obama's because Obama couldn't be on the ballot. I can see them saying, fuck it, let him take the fall. So we're all hands clean. And win the next one, let it fundraise off Trump for four more years. But they really see that they could get it this time. But it's not going to be with Biden.
