Many women want to feel the warmth and security of an older woman's approval, but they don't know how to do it. Do you think the situation has improved over the last three decades or gotten worse? I'd probably say both. But I just have so much hope because I think increasingly we're seeing churches, church leadership beginning to understand the importance of them having a women's ministry.
