I always have a priority list in front of me, a four to six priorities for our ministry and we work on them as a team. Quadrant two is what's important to do, but not necessarily urgent. I even sometimes do a morning prayer time around them because it keeps me focused on what's my main assignment from God. For me, it was much more important to do succession than it was paying off her, but church's mortgage.
