Is There a Difference Between Sales and Marketing Success?
There is definitely a perception among executive leadership that sales is the hardest am, and marketing success any other functions, is almost a support function to them. I thinkis easy to put a comt plan together based on their activities because ther they're so black and white and measurable. And i actually, a, have gotten to the point where i i hate commission and variable compensation. So if i had my way, i would throw them out the window.
