Is Mr Chang Still Around?

Morris Chang was present in Texas when the first chip was invented. He played a major role in Silicon Valley's decision to globalize the industry and build assembly facilities in East Asia. In some ways, one of the most influential people in Taiwan because he runs or founded TSMC which contributes around 10% of Taiwan's GDP. But he's generally stayed out of politics.
