How Much Has It Been Driven by the New Variant?
The new variant, we think, is at least 50 % more transmissible. It may be even higher than that. And that really pushes the bounds of our ability to control spread with measures which previously were relatively quite effective. Do we have a choice about schools? It's a very difficult situation. Nevertheless, i think it's very, very difficult to control spread with schools open, unfortunately.
