The Symptoms of Heat Stroke
The heat causes dilatation of the blood vessels which leads to vascular lead and collecting of fluid in the muscles. Sometimes people can also present the heat cramps due to overuse of the muscular and neuromuscular hyperactivity where fluid and electrolytes are depleted causing muscle cramps or a simple heat rash. The other form is an heat exhaustion which is commonly seen in during the warmer periods where they present with increased thirst. If you identify heat, exhaustion and treat them with adverse cooling that could prevent them from going into severe illness called heat stroke.
