I think that's a cultural thing as well because a lot I Don't want to make assumptions, but generally speaking people a little bit more passive Yeah. And so even there are people that I've worked with Certain people that are just really loud and just aggressive and getting what they want. They will literally kick and scream to get it But meanwhile you have other people be like, "I will never do that" Right? So I think it's just it's just human nature yeah.
