How to Stop Being Overwhelmed

meditation is about embracing the sensation of being overwhelmed, using the breath and then unpacking it. So what i like to always do is i always want to come back to my body because my body is also an indicator of how i am doing. And so i can listen to my body and say, papoo, your breathing is really, really tight. Why is that? What is the feeling that you are experiencing? Then just to gently recognize, call it by its name, identify it, and then start to be with it. It's not going to go anywhere, but let me take care of my well being first. This is very key.
