We're Going to Add a Lot of Planting to Our Orchards
In the coming years, people will start to see our orchards soften in the shape of its design. We're moving away from that kind of growing in rows and using chemicals. So we'll introduce a lot of under story planting, so that's more at the ground level. That will act as a living mulch, if you like. For a variety of wild life. And also, again, create a nice habitat. If i buy pear from the supermarket, i can't eat it. It makes my ears itch. I don't no. At the reason is, never had that with a fresh pear that i've had from this orchard. One of my favourite pears
