Red Flag Laws and Radicalization
There are a bunch of different factors at play here, and i would say it's all three of those factors. People with existing mental illness can be more vulnerable to becoming primed for for violent attacks. In radicalization as well, this type of violence that we're seeing emerge in greater quantities to day is still a radicalization issue. It still comes from an extreme set of beliefs that people are immersed in and gradually built up towards.
