How to Make Better Habits Around Eating
The purpose of habits is to solve the problems of life with less energy or effort than usual. The more that you face a problem repeatedly, the more your brain starts to find a quick solution and then automate that solution. And so for some people, they'll play video games for an hour or somebody else might smoke a cigarette or a third person might go for a run. But once you can start to break your habits down in a little bit more granular detail and understand how they work, then you can become the architect of your habits rather than the victim of them.
